- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics or related industries (trading)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Fluent in business level in English (both writing and speaking), additional Southeast Asian Languages (including Japan) are a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, set, and manage KPIs
- Strong network within the Cambodian business community
- In-depth understanding of the local logistics market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, and be able to identify and resolve complex business challenges
- Deep understanding of Cambodian business culture and practices
- Cultural adaptability in working in multicultural environment and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Strong communication skill, persistence, self-motivate, integrity, reliability and the ability to handle challenges.

- Salary (700$ - 1,000$)
