Sales Management
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in transportation and trading sectors.
· Manage and grow relationships with key customers and partners.
· Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and client negotiations.
· Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Marketing Management
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote services.
· Oversee social media presence, website content, and branding efforts.
· Organize participation in trade shows, expos, and client engagement events.
· Develop marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for client use.
Team Leadership
· Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
· Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
· Set KPIs and track sales performance reports.
