Job Requirements

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred)
  • ​Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus​
  • ​​​5+ years of experience in backend and full-stack development
  • ​3+ years of experience in managing engineering teams
  • ​Proven experience delivering scalable digital products
  • ​Hands-on experience with microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
  • ​Proven experience on coding standards and ensure high-quality code through reviews and testing strategies​​
  • ​​​Deep understanding of system design and backend infrastructure
  • ​Familiarity with security standards and data privacy in banking systems
  • ​Experience balancing project deadlines with technical debt
  • ​Awareness of fintech regulatory and compliance factors​​
