Job Description

1. Digital Campaign Management 
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn etc), Google Ads, and display ads. 
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve results. 
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels. 
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure digital campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and product launches. 
2. Content Creation and Management 
- Create and schedule regular content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email newsletters, and the company website. 
- Assist in developing blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other content to engage the target audience. 
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligns with the company’s brand voice and tone. 
- Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles to ensure content is current and relevant. 
3. Social Media Management 
- Manage the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building an online community. 
- Track social media analytics to measure performance and refine strategies to increase engagement and followers. 
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company’s presence fresh and engaging.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or business management or related 
  2. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a focus on content creation. 
  3. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) is a plus.

1. Traffic growth and engagement metrics across digital channels (website, social media).
2. Conversion rates from digital campaigns (lead generation, product inquiries, etc.). 
3. Improvement in search engine rankings and keyword performance. 
4. Successful execution and optimization of marketing campaigns (open rates, click-through rates). 
5. Growth in social media followers, comments, and shares.
