An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and execute digital lending strategies including credit modelling and digital lending products to enhance customer experience and drive business objectives.
Manage end-to-end digital lending operations, from conceptualized programs, product development to loan origination and servicing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, risk management, business, marketing, and compliance to ensure seamless integration of digital lending solutions to targeted customers.
Manage performance, analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback for the in-charge digital lending programs improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in digital lending.
Establish and maintain key partnerships with fintech vendors, industry experts, and other stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging trends.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in digital lending, with a strong understanding of financial technology
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital lending strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership experience in managing diverse teams.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
