Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Gather macro and micro economic data from various sources to assess economic trends
  2. Examine and interpret economic data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that may impact credit portfolios and risk management
  3. Monitor economic indicators and trends to provide insights into the potential implications for credit risk management strategies
  4. Utilize statistical analysis and econometric methods to forecast credit and economic trends
  5. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate economic insights into credit risk models and systems
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure economic analysis informs credit risk management decisions
  7. Sharing economic insights and research finding with relevant stakeholders to foster a deeper understanding of how economic factor can impact credit risk and overall business performance
  8. Deliver presentations to internal teams, including senior management, to communicate economic insights and forecasts
  9. Prepare regular reports on economic developments and forecasts for stakeholders
  10. Translate complex economic data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
  11. Work closely with research unite in conducting ad-hoc economic research and analysis to address specific questions related to credit risk management

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor or Master degree in economics, finance, or a related field with a strong focus on economic theory, econometrics, and quantitative analysis
  2. Experience in areas such as financial economics, and economic forecasting to develop expertise relevant to credit risk analysis
  3. Proficiency in statistical software, econometric modeling tools, and data analysis platforms to conduct advanced economic analysis and modeling
  4. Understanding of credit risk management principles, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks governing credit reporting and risk assessment
  5. Demonstrated experience in conducting economic research, publishing papers, or contributing to economic analysis related to credit risk and financial markets
  6. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, risk analysts, and senior management, to integrate economic insights into credit risk models and decision-making processes
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex economic analysis and insights in a clear and actionable manner to diverse stakeholders
