We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support the General Manager and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accurate minutes during daily briefings and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting summaries and follow-up action items.
  • Review and verify documents submitted by other departments before forwarding them for General Manager approval.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for reports and correspondence.
  • Compile and submit daily operational reports.
  • Prepare monthly performance and administrative reports.
  • Book rooms and arrange accommodation for the General Manager or Management team international travel.
  • Ensure all travel logistics are handled efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal teams.

  • Similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
