An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Perform typical personal assistant duties to support the owner personal and professional responsibilities
  • Manage owner’s complex business and personal calendar
  • Schedule and manage work and personal travel arrangements
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedule and appointment ministry
  • Prepare expense reports and maintain complete documentation, bills and receipts
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation to ministry
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks including tax declaration, reconsult bank.
  • Coordinate and execute special events and projects
  • Work closely with other members of the team as needed
  • Any other duties necessary for business objectives

Job Requirements

  • At lease Bachelor in Finance and Accounting field.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting and management skill.
  • At lease 3 Years’ experience with Finance & Accounting.
  • Taxation knowledge with all kind of taxation and good relationship with Taxation Department
  • Very well organized, and will work to support and facilitate every aspect of the Owner’s business tasks and maintain high level of confidentiality of information.
  • Outgoing personality and strong report.
  • Good command of English and Chinese both writhing, speaking and presentation skill
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
  • Wiling go to oversea
