The Personal Assistant to CEO provides support to the CEO in both professional and personal matters. This role is responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, assisting with personal tasks, coordinating with
departments, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. The PA plays a key role in enabling the CEO to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities.

1. Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling all personal and
departmental meetings.
2. Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings from start to finish, including agenda preparation, invitations,
reminders, document compilation, venue and refreshment setup, minute-taking, and task follow-ups.
3. Communication Support: Draft and manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the
Executive Office.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to support smooth execution
of the assigned tasks and follow up on cross-functional tasks as needed.
5. Tour Communication Oversight: Track communication during client tours on both public and non-
public holidays, identify issues, and escalate them promptly to the appropriate parties.
6. Project & Research Support: Assist with project execution, conduct research, and prepare related
reports as needed.
7. Personal Assistance: Provide assistance with the CEO’s personal tasks such as purchasing personal
items and coordinating matters related to travel and children's education or tutoring.
8. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
  • Equivalent practical experience may be considered in place of formal education

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in executive support or within the travel industry.
  • MS Office and Software
  • Technologically adept with strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other digital/social apps.
  • Capable of creating reports, proposals, and presentations efficiently.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with internal and external partners.
