  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, events, and travel.
  • Prioritize appointments based on urgency and strategic importance.
  • Plan and organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
  • Ensure seamless execution of local and international travel plans.
  • Draft, review, and manage communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screen emails and calls, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and senior leadership team engagements.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with business partners, government officials, and key clients.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CEO.
  • Maintain and organise important documents and files for quick retrieval.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; [other languages as required].
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Experience in high-growth companies or multinational organisation.
  • Familiarity with board governance and corporate communication.
