● Coordinate food and beverage service activities to ensure efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction.● Assist with order handling, service flow, and communication between kitchen, service, and front office teams.● Support banquet, event, and dining setup to maintain high presentation and service standards.● Monitor guest requests and resolve service issues promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail.● Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and proper arrangement of service areas, equipment, and supplies.● Follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures at all times.

● Previous experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hotel service is preferred.● Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused attitude.● Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle multiple tasks.● Good teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.● Basic understanding of food hygiene, service standards, and guest care.● Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.● Presentable appearance and professional behavior at all times.● Basic English communication is an advantage; additional languages are a plus.
