   • Analyze market trends and movements for both the company and competitors.
   • Continuously monitor the performance of commercial functions.
2. Customer and Merchant Analysis
   • Conduct customer analysis, including order frequency and behavioral trends.
   • Evaluate merchant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Strategy and Planning
   • Initiate, define, plan, communicate, and follow up on the company’s business strategy.
   • Ensure the company’s long-term viability and maintain market share.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
   • Partner with Finance, Business Intelligence (BI), and Operations teams for reporting data and reconciliation processes.
5. Data Forecasting Accuracy
   • Guarantee all reporting and forecasting figures for all products maintain an accuracy of ±5%.
6. Financial Reporting
   • Support business units with:
     • Revenue analysis
     • Business case development
     • Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
     • Balance sheets
7. Commercial Data Compilation
   • Gather and compile relevant data to support key initiatives under the Wing Commerce department.
8. Digitalized Reporting
   • Collaborate with the MIS team to create dashboards for all products and services using Tableau/Power BI.
9. Process Improvement
   • Manage and enhance processes to provide functional groups with timely and effective information to sustain a competitive advantage.

Education

• University degree, preferably in IT Programming, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Knowledge in managing data is an advantage.

Working Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Data/Reporting management, or related business performance sectors (e-commerce, banking, products/services).

Business Understanding

• Strong knowledge of the related industry and understanding of company values and culture.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
