● Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.● Support reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.● Coordinate with front office and other teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.● Update booking records and maintain correct information in the system.● Assist guests with special requests and provide clear hotel service information.● Monitor availability and report booking or service issues to the team.

● Experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred.● Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.● Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under pressure.● Familiar with reservation systems, MS Office, and basic computer tools.● Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong guest service mindset.● Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
