Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead all maintenance across production lines, machinery, and utilities
  • Maximize machine uptime and minimize line stoppages
  • Own PM, PdM, and breakdown programs for manufacturing equipment
  • Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and capex projects
  • Plan and execute annual plant shutdowns and line overhauls
  • Enforce GMP, EHS, LOTO, and permit-to-work compliance on the shop floor
  • Report MTBF, MTTR, and OEE impact to plant leadership

Job Requirements

What we need

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 7–10 yrs in manufacturing maintenance; 3–5 yrs in leadership
  • Hands-on knowledge of production machinery, conveyors, and utilities
  • Strong RCM, RCA, and Lean Maintenance background
  • Proficient in CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with ISO 55001, GMP, and factory EHS regulations
  • CMRP certification is a strong advantage
