Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Operational Leadership:
    Oversee daily operations across all store locations, ensuring consistency in service, presentation, and compliance with company standards.
  • Sales & Performance Management:
    Drive store-level sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development & Supervision:
    Lead and mentor store managers and staff, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Inventory & Merchandising Oversight:
    Ensure effective inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Customer Experience Strategy:
    Champion customer service excellence, resolve escalated issues, and implement initiatives to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
    Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure all stores adhere to health and safety regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams to align store operations with broader business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in retail systems, POS platforms, and data reporting tools
