Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and growth targets.

2. Lead and mentor the heads of operation to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

3. Lead the integrated S&OP process, aligning sales forecasts, procurement plans, inventory levels, and logistics capacity.

4. Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and uniformly across all departments.

5. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures

6. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in each department

7. Foster a culture of safety first - Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in warehouses, yards, and during transportation.

8. Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, to include budget, and inventory control

9. Plan and monitor daily activity of each department to ensure smooth progress

10. Oversight the quality of plan and manage budget operation plans, prepare and supervise all financial documents

11. Champion digital transformation projects to automate processes and improve data visibility across the supply chain.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in business management, or closely related field. MBA preferred.

2.At least 10 years’ experience in business management or related fields.

3.Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations.

4.Able to multi-task and communicate with different units

5.Very organized and able to present information in a clear and logical manner

6.In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles

7.Positive attitude, self-starter, independent, detail oriented and well-organized

8.Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.

9.Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

10.Professional proficiency in English
