1. Bachelor degree in Management/Society Science/Art in Psychology or related fields.
2. Experience 3-5 years in Human Resources field (Domestic or international Company).
3. Strong capability in persuade applicant and assessment.
4. Strong Training Analyzes and Engagement Vendor.
5. Strong Computer Skill (Word Excel, Power Point, Mail Writing)
6. English good speaking and writing.
7. Strong knowledge in create SOP or procedure and understanding of labor Law.
8. Good communication both internal and public.
