Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and new hire documentation.
● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR and personnel files.
● Support payroll preparation, HR reports, and related data checking and updates.
● Coordinate training, employee engagement, welfare, and internal HR activities.
● Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
● Manage office administration, supplies, assets, correspondence, filing, and records.
● Support company meetings, events, and internal communications as needed.
