Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Meeting and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budget.
Develop creative and functional design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
Prepare 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, and detailed design presentations.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors, including Chinese-speaking partners.
Source and recommend materials, furniture, and décor elements.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
Translate and interpret between Chinese and local team members when needed.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry practices.
Support the management team with any additional design-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong sense of creativity, space planning, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handing skills.
Flexibility to travel for site visits and supplier meetings when required.
Be able to work under pressure
