Job Description

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors; negotiate favorable pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely submission to suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers; monitor their performance, quality, and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Conduct cost analysis and market research to understand industry trends, commodity price movements, and identify opportunities for continuous cost reduction
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehousing, receiving) and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and optimal inventory levels.
