Work in an Agile development environment and understand the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internal systems.
Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites and mobile applications.
Support and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve workflow efficiency.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to internal users.
Ensure data security, system integrity, and optimal performance.
Integrate third-party APIs for both web and mobile platforms.
Maintain proper technical documentation for system development, updates, and processes.
Assist in system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in programming or software development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development.
Experience with modern technologies such as:
Backend: Node.js (NestJS preferred)
Frontend: React.js, Vue.js
Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
Solid knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Experience in logistics or delivery systems is a plus.
Experience in mobile development using Flutter is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
