• Monitor and maintain our CRM systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles for WS1
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
• Assists WS1 team & members with computer problems and answer questions.
• Test and evaluate new technology.

Job Requirements

• Degree in: Business Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Network and Hardware,
Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree– the exact degree does not matter, just let us
know how this applies, or not. The selection will be weighted on character and experience.
• 0-1 year of professional experience – We need someone with some experience working in a professional
environment; as an intern is ok. We will train the right candidate with educational experience, but a strong
familiarity with design tools from day 1 is required.
• Good Spoken English & Reading– We will be working largely with English content.
• Willingness to learn! We are only interested in candidates who are constantly looking to improve their skills
and work smarter, not longer. When not busy, this person should be doing tutorials on new techniques in
design or assembling reference images for future projects.
