An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network systems.  
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.  
  • Deliver effective technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of IT-related concerns.  
  • Safeguard IT infrastructure by implementing appropriate security measures, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access control protocols.  
  • Administer and monitor network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.  
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.  
  • Research, assess, and recommend innovative technologies and solutions to enhance organizational performance.  
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and address their IT requirements effectively.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.  
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
