Job Description

  • To prepare operation reports
  • To perform cycle counting
  • To manage inventory
  • To ensure Perfect Order Fulfillment (Time & accurate quantity / quantities delivered to customers)
  • To apply Operation Cost Control
  • Responsible for regular performance reports and analytical reports to management team
  • Monitor and maintain transaction and logistics process, including inventory control and warehouse activities 
  • Lead a team to support customers' orders fulfillment and enquiries
  • Facilitate and monitor the KPIs of the warehouse, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment
  • Coordinate with customers and the internal teams to ensure smooth day to day operation
  • other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 year of experience in warehouse operations, experience in 3PL industry is an advantage    
  • Degree holder in logistics / supply chain management or related disciplines
  • Computer’s program  :  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Good command of both written & spoken English
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
