• Develop and manage the Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule for production machinery.• Supervise technicians and coordinate rapid response to equipment breakdowns.• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures to improve asset reliability.• Oversee spare parts inventory to support planned and emergency repairs.• Track and report on key metrics like Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and PM compliance
