Course Research & Development
- Conduct market research on emerging trends in technology, data analytics, data science, and digital skills
- Analyze industry job requirements and skill demands to inform curriculum design
- Research competitor training programs and identify market gaps and opportunities
- Identify target audiences and learner personas for new course development
- Support the design of course outlines, learning objectives, and competency frameworks
Content Creation & Resource Development
- Develop engaging course materials including case studies, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios
- Create and curate datasets for hands-on learning activities
- Design presentation slides and visual learning materials
- Develop assessment materials and learning resources
- Build supporting documentation for instructors and learners
- Assist in creating project-based learning activities and portfolio pieces
Market Analysis & Stakeholder Coordination
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our courses against industry standards
- Research industry best practices and global curriculum trends
- Facilitate communication and task coordination with partner organizations subsidizing our public courses
- Support collaboration with industry professionals to validate curriculum relevance
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, learners, and industry partners
Administrative & Collaborative Support
- Maintain organized documentation of research findings and curriculum materials
- Coordinate with instructional teams, LMS administrators, and external partners
- Assist in curriculum review and update processes
- Support the curriculum team with project management and scheduling
- Compile reports on research findings and course development progress

Job Requirements

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply Skills & Competencies
Strong research and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of technology concepts and eagerness to learn technical subjects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data analytics, data science, or programming concepts
- Experience with content creation or instructional design
- Experience conducting market research or competitive analysis
