Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Initiate research and prepare quantitative and qualitative research papers on key topics related to banking and finance, agriculture,
economics, and related fields.
Study, assess, analyze, and forecast the development of situations, trends, risks, challenges, and best practices in the banking and finance sectors, the economy, and agriculture, and prepare
case study reports, policy brief reports, and perspective reports.
Participate in data collection and preparation of survey documents, psychological support documents, and analysis documents submitted to leadership.
Participate in the preparation, compilation, and publication of articles on banking and finance, economics, and agriculture, especially green finance and rural development projects.
Participate in relevant local and regional consultation workshops, discussion forums, and research conferences to strengthen research and disseminate the Bank's research results.
Participate in research and support research projects under collaboration between banks and regional development associations.
Liaise and participate in organizing collaboration with research institutes, national and international institutions, and development partners in the public and private sectors on research and publication work.
Supporting the operations of research centers under the Bank's auspices, including the Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center for Policy Studies and Training) and the APRACA Center of Excellence for Green Finance for Agriculture (ARDB ACE-GFA)
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics, international relations, public policy, development studies, international trade, statistics, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in data collection, analysis and research
Ability to use Khmer fluently
Have a clear knowledge of English, able to speak and write formally
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and have good knowledge of data analysis software
Skilled in research, analysis, and interpretation of data
Skilled in preparing documents, research reports, and related reports.
Be patient and have a sense of responsibility in completing work.
Highly committed to learning from work and completing tasks
Be honest and firm.
Be agile and flexible according to circumstances.
Have communication skills.
