Develop and implement procurement strategies and purchasing plans.
Manage daily procurement operations and purchasing activities.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to operational needs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related departments.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and internal controls.
Manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Supervise and develop procurement team members.
Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams regarding procurement matters.
Handle supplier disputes and resolve procurement-related issues effectively.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including managerial experience.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
=>Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.
Professional procurement certification is an advantage.
