Location: Head Office at Koh Pich
Language Requirement: Must be good in Chinese (spoken & written)

  • Source, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers .
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and other departments.
  • Maintain purchasing records and prepare simple reports.
  • Handle import documents and shipment follow-up (if needed).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • Good command of Chinese (Mandarin).
  • 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
