An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • In-charge of functionality in business appointments by greeting and welcoming, directing the visitors for corrective locations, 
  • Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, and messages, 
  • Manage the courier and delivery service, 
  • Organize the registration of clients, trainees, and interviewees for smooth communication, 
  • Maintain the visitor management system and prepare reports as directed by FM manager, 
  • Respond to inquiries in a polite and timely manner. 
  • Prepare and arrange employee engagement events such as team building, birthday party, monthly breakfast treats.  
  • Assist to Facility Manager for administration and reporting task.

Job Requirements

  • Good personality and prior experience as a receptionist  
  • Familiar with software, and devices (phone, tablets, and computer) 
  • Skills in organizational, office management, and communication  
  • Graduated  (or) Professional Certificate.
  • Personal grooming.
