• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing /new customers in person , via telephone calls and emails;• Responding to incoming email , phone inquiries and complaints• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with concerning colleagues• Handle customer complaints• Pass calls to extension numbers / departments• Check buyer requirement / project and route to the person

• Can manage customers’ needs , requirements and complaints• Be able to deliver great customer services and satisfactions• Able to identify issues and provide best solutions• With call center experience for more than 2 year or customer relation/service background (have worked in big corporate, have handled many complaints)
