Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition and HR support for Youngsia Group in Phnom Penh. This role will build strong hiring pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and support a positive employee experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
 

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the business.
● Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
● Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong cultural and job fit.
● Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
● Manage offers, onboarding coordination, and a smooth joining experience.
● Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring speed, quality, and effectiveness.
● Support HR initiatives, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
● Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a Logistics or Express industry
● Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, interview techniques, and talent sourcing.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver results under tight deadlines.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common recruitment or ATS tools.
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
● Experience in automotive or similar fast-paced industries is an advantage.
