- Collect and verify required loan documents and ensure compliance with company policy.
- Assess clients’ financial status, business performance, and repayment ability.
- Prepare credit proposals and recommendations for management approval.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional financial advice to clients.
- Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks or problem accounts early.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on loan disbursement, client status, and collection progress.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in lending, credit, or relationship management (microfinance or banking preferred).
- Strong knowledge of loan products, credit assessment, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
