Job Summary
Experienced Sales Manager in logistics to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver reliable logistics solutions in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales plans to grow logistics and warehousing revenue.
● Identify new business opportunities and build strong client partnerships.
● Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Work with operations, port, and warehouse teams to deliver service excellence.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
● Prepare reports, forecasts, and regular updates for management.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales or business development within logistics or warehousing.
● Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
● Knowledge of port, freight, warehousing, and transport operations is preferred.
● Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
● Manager-level experience with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
