Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our EV car sales team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role focuses on driving sales targets, coaching representatives, and promoting electric vehicles amid Cambodia's growing sustainable mobility market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual EV sales targets, including vehicle delivery and showroom management.
• Provide EV-specific training on product features, benefits like cost savings and environmental impact, and competitor analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries, test drives, deal closures, and post-sale follow-ups while ensuring excellent service.
• Monitor team performance, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with management on inventory and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 2+ years in automotive sales with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of EV technology, market trends in Cambodia, and proficiency in Khmer and English.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills; valid driver's license required

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EV or automotive sales in Cambodia, with proven ability to exceed quotas.
• Familiarity with sales tools, reporting, and building long-term customer relationships.
