  • Enhances accomplishments and competence by giving solutions answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
  • Supervises Sales Rep to ensure that they perform their duties and responsibilities properly and efficiently.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal staff (customer service, finance.) in order to meet customer’s expectations, sales target and to ensure payment collection from clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Other tasks assigned by management.
