Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and VRF Air Conditioners (VRF) under the guidance of supervisors.
  • Customer Follow-up: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers by responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Quotation & Proposal Assistance: Support the preparation of quotations and proposal documents to help the sales team secure contracts.
  • Coordination & Internal Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including engineers and customer service, to ensure smooth customer support and project execution.
  • Sales Data Management: Manage customer information, sales records, and activity logs to support efficient sales operations.

[Working Day/Hour]

  • Working Day : Monday to Saturday (For Saturday: 1st and 4th week)
  • Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)

Job Requirements

  • Language: Good at English communication skills
  • Age: Over 30 years’ old
  • Experience in B2B sales or the air conditioning industry is preferred
  • Willingness to understand the basics of air conditioning systems (especially VRF) and continuously learn through work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate support with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a structured and timely manner.
