  • Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
  • Explain policy details, terms, and conditions in Mandarin  as required.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance laws, products, and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
  • Good in Mandarin  (verbal and written) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales aptitude.
  • Relevant license (e.g., Life and Health Insurance License) or ability to obtain one quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
