Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1- Greet, engage, and assist walk-in customers at the sales office or showroom.
2- Present property features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
3- Conduct site tours of the Borey housing units and explain available options.
4- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Telegram).
5- Assist clients with understanding payment terms, loan options, and contract signing.
6- Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
7- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
8- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

1- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is preferred.
3- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
5 Good in Khmer and English 
6- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
1- 6-day work week,
2- Office-based with frequent travel to the project site(s).
