  •  Planning daily and monthly sales activities
  •  Researching prospects and generating leads
  •  Contacting potential and existing customers by the phone. per email, and in person in order to build strong relationship
  •  Managing sales process to achieve the target with customer smile and memorable
  •  Always be available for customers to promptly handle their concerns and/or inquiries
  •  Collecting regular feedback from customers and take appropriate action to improve it timely
  •  Keep raising brand and products awareness via social media, events, as well as direct visit to existing and potential prospects
  •  Be empathy to and offer custmer personalized experience with innovative, creative ways, and team value
  •  Building a pipeline and maintaining CRM database
  •  Reporting current sales situation as well as competition activities in the market on a daily basis
  •  Ensuring a well-organized showroom, facilities i.e. cars display, decoration, and amenities ready to serve customers
  •  Be ready and active in daily review with supervisor
  •  Improving sales skills through participating in-house and/or external training
  •  Maintain high ethical standards in all actions
  •  Performing duty in compliance with the company rules or procedures
  •  Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years working experience in reputable hospitality or automotive industry
  • Dynamic and young Cambodian with a valid driving license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English and/or Chinese both written and speaking
  • Good computer knowledge i.e. Words, Power Point, and Advance Excel
  •  Social media literate i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Linked-in
