  • Maintain and develop positive business and customer’s relationship
  • Seeking new customers by Sales call, researching in all connection all
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments including oversea agent
  • Preparing the quotation for existing and new customers
  • Negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and all related parties about pricing
  • Update monthly report every month
  • Generate all new opportunities and close in Customer Relation Management System (CRM)
  • Keep follow up and solve the customer’s complaint
  • Other tasks to be assigned

Job Requirements

  • Experience: At least Three-year experience in related position
  • Mush have some of import/export experience in Air, ocean and truck
  • Experience on Sales in Forwarder Company is a plus
  • Language: Good command of English for communication
  • Having good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
  • Must be an honest, hardworking, and punctual person
