An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and grow both existing and potential customer accounts, ensuring consistent customer contact and strong relationships.

  • Support the Assistant Director of Sales in sales planning, budget preparation, and act as deputy in their absence.

  • Handle both leisure and corporate segments, driving room night production and achieving annual revenue targets for Rooms and F&B.

  • Develop target account lists, acquisition strategies, and maintain active market presence locally and internationally.

  • Conduct sales calls, market research, site inspections, and represent the hotel at domestic and international sales activities.

  • Monitor market and competitor trends, prepare customer reports, and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Manage customer databases, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in sales meetings and events.

  • Provide support to team members, uphold brand and hotel policies, and continuously improve personal performance.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall sales and marketing objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Knowledgeable and able to lead all tasks within the area of responsibility
  • Able to use the Sales and Front Office computer systems.
  • Knowledgeable in a specific market segment (WHO or COR)
  • Understand the market and competition
  • Excellent written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Opera
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
