We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Events, and Banquet business segments. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in hospitality sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across Corporate, MICE, Events, and Banquet segments.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Promote hotel services and offerings through targeted campaigns, presentations, and networking.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure flawless execution of events and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a focus on Corporate Accounts, MICE, and Events.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
