  • សំរេចអោយបាននូវផែនការលក់ប្រចាំខែដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនបានកំណត់ Hit Company monthly target is a must
  • ត្រូវបើកហាងថ្មីជាប្រចាំដែលតំរូវអោយពីអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង Open new outlets as per targeted by direct supervisor
  • រៀបចំនូវផែនការលក់ ផែនការចុះជួបម៉ូយ ជាប្រចាំខែ Prepared sales plan, call plan in monthly basis
  • កសាងទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ ជាមួយនឹង ម្ចាស់ហាង Build strong relationship with outlets owner
  • ទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងជាមួយនឹងទំហំទឹកប្រាក់ដែលបានលក់ដោយ ជំពាក់ Responsible and manage account receivable
  • ត្រូវតែធ្វើអោយបាននូវការដាក់តាំងផលិតផលអោយងាយរក, ងាយចាប់បាន Manage visibility and availability in all stores.
  • គ្រប់គ្រងនិង ត្រួតពិនិត្យនូវបរិមាណ ស្តុកដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនបានដាក់អោយ ដោយធានាមិនអោយមានការបាត់បង់ Manage and control Inventory and make sure there is not any loose

  • បេក្ខភាពជានិស្សិតដែលកំពុងសិក្សា នៅឆ្នាំទី ៣, ៤ ឬបញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម
  • បេក្ខជនត្រូវមានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការរៀននូវអ្វីដែលខ្លួនចង់ចេះ និងថ្មីៗ (ប្រសិនបើមានបទពិសោធន៍កាន់តែប្រសើរ
  • ត្រូវមានការយល់ដឹងនិង ឥរិយាបថ នៃការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងជាមួយអតិថិជនបានល្អ
  • ហ៊ានទទួលយកនូវចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមនិងថ្មីៗ
  • ចេះគិតលេខនិងអានអក្សរខ្មែរស្ទាត់ជំនាញ និងអាចអានភាសាអង់គ្លេសបានខ្លះ
  • ចេះដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធី
  • ចេះធ្វើផែនការនិងចាត់ចែងការងារដែលបានកំណត់ដោយប្រធានផ្ទាល់
