An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Visit and manage clients in assigned provinces regularly
  • Promote and sell company products to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, or end-users
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers in provincial markets
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  • Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure proper after-sales service
  • Maintain and update daily reports on customer visits, orders, and payment status
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
  • Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales efficiency in provincial areas

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor degree’s in sales & marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or fieldwork, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or retail sector
  • Willing to travel extensively and work in provincial areas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use sales reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Good command of Khmer; English is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Honest, Smart, and hard-working
