Sales Management• Develop and execute annual sales and commercial plans focusing on customer growth, distribution expansion, and sales execution excellence.• Set annual sales targets, forecasts, and promotional calendars; oversee trade marketing and in-store activities. • Conduct weekly meeting to track progress, align strategies, and improve execution; review monthly sales performance and KPIs. • Prepare monthly commercial reports covering performance results, key initiatives, and market insights for management.Distributor & Channel Management• Strengthen distributor relationships to ensure effective coverage, execution, and market competitiveness. • Identify new distribution opportunities to optimize RTM and improve channel profitability. Brand & Marketing Execution• Implement brand and marketing activities follow HQ brand strategy, communication direction, and guidelines.• Work with HQ Marketing team to localize brand plans for the Cambodia Market, ensuring relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.• Support in-store visibility, product launch, promotions, and trade marketing materials.• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide insight and recommendations to HQ.• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives. People Development• Train, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, customer management, and execution capability.• Build a high-performance team culture driven by motivation, accountability, and capability development.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• Cambodian national.• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales.• At least 3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.• Strong leadership, business acumen, and team management skills.• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills, and negotiation abilities.• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).• Knowledge of distributor management and RTM strategy is an advantage.
