1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance objectives
Identify growth opportunities and market expansion strategies                                                                                                 2. Sales Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Analyze sales data and trends to improve results
Take corrective actions to address performance gaps                                                                                                                   3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and manage store managers, supervisors, and sales teams
Provide coaching, training, and performance management
Motivate teams to achieve sales targets and improve productivity                                                                                        4. Customer Experience Management
Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores
Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle major customer issues and feedback                                                                                                                                            5. Sales Operations Oversight
Ensure smooth store operations related to sales activities
Monitor product availability and stock management
Ensure proper implementation of promotions and campaigns                                                                                                    6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and procurement teams
Align sales strategies with promotional and product plans
Support new store openings and expansion activities                                                                                                                      7. Budget & Profitability Management
Manage sales budgets and cost control
Monitor profit margins and operational costs
Ensure business profitability and efficiency                                                                                                                                           8. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards
Present insights to senior management
Use data to support decision-making and strategy improvements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4–8 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales
Proven experience in managing sales teams
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
