Job Description

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market coverage and product distribution
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to sales representatives
  • Ensure effective product display, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets
  • Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
  • Conduct market visits to check stock availability, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and team performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities
  • Ensure company policies and sales procedures are followed by the team

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, reporting tools)
  • Willing to travel and work in the field
  • Honest, responsible, and result-oriented
