- Short-term: Addressing tax issues (restructuring tax operations, visualizing issues, establishing relationships with GDT and tax consultants, developing tax personnel, among others)

- Medium-term: Accounting Manager (financial accounting, management accounting, tax accounting, building relationships with accounting audit firms, developing accounting personnel, among other general duties)

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in tax consulting, tax practitioner duties, and tax operations in manufacturing industries

- Skill Requirements: Management of tax operations, tax filing, handling tax audits, transfer pricing compliance, personnel development

- English Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written English (essential for communication with Japanese top management)

- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Tax Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, experience in tax operations in Japanese manufacturing industries

- Expected Age: Late 30s to 50s

- Salary 2,500$ - 3,000$
