Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Tax on Salary, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Prepare and file the Annual Tax Declaration and related reports.
  • Support effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and adjust internal procedures accordingly.
  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing and storage of supporting documents (both hard and soft copies).
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in collaboration with the accountant.
  • Prepare documents and respond to external/internal tax audits.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Keep tax documents, business licenses, and legal paperwork up to date.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in taxation, accounting, or auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax law and compliance practices.
  • Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English.
